All elements on the website www.cloudalgebra.com are protected by intellectual property rights held exclusively by ORIGENIAL (Cloud Algebra brand) or its partners, unless explicitly stated otherwise. This includes, without limitation:

  • The texts, graphics, videos, content and structure of the site, created specifically for Cloud Algebra or produced with the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.);
  • The images, icons and illustrations sourced from platforms such as Pexels, Envato or other royalty-free image banks, used in accordance with their associated royalty-free or commercial licences;
  • The specific design elements created by Neige Design (www.neigedesign.fr), a digital creation and visual communication specialist, or produced with any other graphic design tool;
  • The database and technical architecture of the site, protected under the French Intellectual Property Code.

The content and works published on this site are protected by copyright and by applicable intellectual property legislation, both in France and internationally (Articles L.111-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code).

Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, distribution, publication, transmission or use, even partial, of these elements without the prior written authorisation of ORIGENIAL (Cloud Algebra) or, where applicable, of Neige Design and/or the relevant rights holders, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Trademarks and logos

The trademarks, trade names, logos and other distinctive signs featured on cloudalgebra.com are the exclusive property of Cloud Algebra (ORIGENIAL) or its partners, notably Neige Design for the bespoke graphic creations and visual identities.

Any unauthorised use, total or partial reproduction, modification, distribution or exploitation of the trademarks, logos or graphic elements without the prior written authorisation of Cloud Algebra or Neige Design is strictly prohibited and engages the civil and criminal liability of its author.

The website cloudalgebra.com may include hyperlinks to other websites or external sources. ORIGENIAL (Cloud Algebra) does not control these external sources and disclaims all liability for their availability, their content, or any damage resulting from consulting them.

Creating hyperlinks to cloudalgebra.com is strictly subject to the prior written authorisation of ORIGENIAL.

Reporting an infringement

Any abusive or unauthorised use of intellectual property belonging to Cloud Algebra, Neige Design or any other partner may result in legal proceedings.

Penalties and liability

Any violation of intellectual property rights constitutes an infringement liable to penalties under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. Cloud Algebra (ORIGENIAL) reserves the right to take any appropriate measure to enforce its rights and obtain compensation for any damage, including through legal action.

Graphic design and website design

The graphic design, visual architecture and digital styling of the website cloudalgebra.com were produced by Neige Design (www.neigedesign.fr), a digital creation and visual communication specialist. Any reproduction, exploitation or use of the design, graphic elements and layouts without the express written authorisation of Neige Design and/or ORIGENIAL is strictly prohibited.
